Bayo Davies (born Adedayo Davies) is a veteran Nigerian actor who has been a fixture in the country's television and film industry for decades. A graduate of the University of Lagos with a degree in Banking and Finance, he began his acting career in the 1980s. He gained widespread popularity for his role as the strict and comedic Baba Landlord in the long-running sitcom Flatmates. He was also part of the original cast of the iconic Papa Ajasco series, produced by Wale Adenuga. Davies is known for his comedic timing and ability to play authoritative yet humorous character roles. He continues to appear in major Nollywood films, including The Bloom Boys and The Bride Price.
