Biography
Garrett Wareing is an American actor born on August 31, 2001, in College Station, Texas. He grew up in a family that supported his early interest in performance, discovering his love for acting in middle school. In 2013 he joined the International Modeling & Talent Association, won awards as a young talent, and moved with his family to Los Angeles to pursue acting. His first feature film role came in Boychoir (2014), where he starred opposite Dustin Hoffman. He went on to appear in Independence Day: Resurgence (2016), Perfect (2018), and guest roles in TV shows such as Chicago Med. Wareing’s television breakthrough included recurring roles in Pretty Little Liars: The Perfectionists (2019) and Manifest (2020-2023). In 2025 he landed a leading role as Lucas Russell in Ransom Canyon, a Netflix western-drama. He has also starred in films like God Is a Bullet and Dead Sea, and is set to appear in The Long Walk. Known for his emotional honesty on screen and ability to take on physically and mentally challenging roles, he continues to build his reputation as a rising talent in Hollywood.
