Biography

Maud Guerard is a versatile Ivorian actress known for her work across African and international film industries. After studying political science at Sciences Po Paris, she pivoted to acting, training for three years at the Stella Adler Academy in Los Angeles. Since then, she has built a growing screen career, appearing in acclaimed productions across Côte d’Ivoire, Nigeria, Guadeloupe, and the U.S. Her film and TV credits include La Vie de Lougah, Les Coups de la Vie, CAPI, Le Journal, and Mamzel New York. In 2022, she starred in The Kiwi and followed up with roles in Lineage Tribe (2020) and The Fusion (2024). She plays a key role in the upcoming Nigerian-Ivorian thriller 3 Cold Dishes (2025). In 2023, Guerard was nominated for Best Actress at the NISA Festival and went on to win the prestigious 2024 Africa Monologue Challenge. Known for her screen presence and emotional range, she continues to take on challenging roles and is fast becoming one of the standout young talents in contemporary African cinema.
