Temidayo Makanjuola is a Nigerian filmmaker, writer, and producer known for her compelling storytelling and focus on women's issues. She co-founded 1Pod Pictures and founded WildLace Productions, contributing significantly to Nollywood's evolving landscape. Her notable works include The Royal Hibiscus Hotel (2017), Oloture (2019), and A Night in 2005 (2024), a film exploring themes of love, friendship, and family. Makanjuola's dedication to addressing societal issues through film has earned her recognition, including selection for the African Creative TV 2024 Residency in Los Angeles. She has also served as a producer at EbonyLife Media, where she held roles such as Director of Channel Operations & Special Projects. Her academic background includes a Master's degree in Material and Visual Culture from UCL and a Bachelor's degree in Management with Marketing from Royal Holloway, University of London.
