Biography
Patrick Warburton is an American actor and voice artist instantly recognizable by his deep, booming voice and deadpan delivery. He first rose to fame in the 90s as David Puddy, Elaine's face-painting, high-fiving boyfriend on Seinfeld. He became a voice acting icon with his role as Kronk in Disney's The Emperor's New Groove (2000), a character so popular he got his own sequel. He has voiced Joe Swanson on Family Guy since 1999 and played the title character in the live-action cult classic The Tick. In 2025, he joins the Zootopia universe in Zootopia 2 as Mayor Brian Winddancer, a horse who becomes the city's new leader.
